Data Deletion Instructions

Studio Timeless Ads Insights never stores your data. Data is retrieved from Meta on demand, processed in memory, and discarded once the request or session ends. Access tokens are held in memory only for your active session. You can disconnect the App at any time using any of the options below.

1. Delete from within the App

1. Sign in to Studio Timeless Ads Insights.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Meta Account.
3. Click Disconnect & Delete Stored Data.

2. Remove the App from your Facebook account

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find Studio Timeless Ads Insights and select Remove.

When you remove the App, our automated Data Deletion Callback receives the request, discards any active session and access token, and provides a tracking confirmation code that you can use to check the status of your request.

3. Request deletion by email

Send an email to contact@studiostimeless.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", specifying your Account ID. We will confirm within 30 days that no data is held about you.

What happens when you disconnect

• Your active session and access token are discarded;
• The App can no longer access your advertising accounts until you sign in again;
• No advertising data, performance metrics, or account information remains, because none is ever stored.
