Our Service integrates with the Meta Graph API to assist businesses and advertisers in managing their advertising campaigns, retrieving campaign performance metrics, and generating analytical reporting.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our analytics and campaign management features, we access and process specific data via Meta's Graph API, strictly based on the permissions granted by you during authorization.

A. Meta Platform Data

Depending on the permissions you explicitly grant (e.g., ads_read, ads_management, read_insights), we may access and process in real time, without storing:

• Account Identifiers: Meta User ID, Ad Account IDs, Page IDs, and Business Manager IDs.
• Access Credentials: OAuth access tokens necessary to authenticate API requests on your behalf, held in memory only for the duration of your active session.
• Advertising Data: Campaign names, ad set configurations, creative metadata, targeting parameters, spend data, and budget allocations.
• Performance Metrics: Impressions, reach, clicks, conversion data, return on ad spend (ROAS), and aggregated performance statistics.

B. Direct Account Information

We do not maintain user accounts, registration records, or usage histories. Sign-in is handled through Facebook Login, and your name and Meta User ID are used only to identify you during your active session.

We do not request, access, or store personal customer data belonging to your end consumers (such as individual profiling or end-user tracking data).

3. How We Use Platform Data

We process Meta Platform Data solely to provide the core functionality of our Service. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Authenticate your connection to Meta APIs.
• Display, aggregate, and analyze your advertising campaign performance.
• Allow you to create, optimize, or update your advertising campaigns directly through our platform.
• Generate automated performance dashboards, alerts, and analytical reports.
• Ensure the technical stability, security, and integrity of our software.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal frameworks:

• Performance of a Contract: Processing is necessary to deliver the features and functionality requested by you.
• Legitimate Interests: To maintain system security, detect fraud, and optimize the operational reliability of our software.
• Consent: Where applicable, via the granular permissions granted during Meta OAuth authorization.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We maintain strict controls over Platform Data:

• No Sale or Brokerage: We do not sell, rent, lease, or license Meta Platform Data to any third parties.
• No Advertising or Profiling: We never use your Platform Data or advertising metrics for our own advertising, third-party advertising, retargeting, or cross-service profiling.
• Hosting Providers: Our application runs on trusted cloud infrastructure providers acting as data processors under contractual confidentiality and security commitments. Platform Data passes through this infrastructure only while a request is being processed and is never stored.

6. Data Retention and Storage

• No Data Storage: We never store Meta Platform Data. Data is retrieved from Meta on demand, processed in memory to display results, and discarded once the request or session ends. It is never written to any database, file, or backup.
• Data in Transit: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
• Access Tokens: Access tokens are held in memory only for your active session and are discarded immediately when you sign out, your session expires, you disconnect your Meta account, or you revoke permissions.
• Historical Reports: Historical analytics are retrieved from Meta each time they are requested and are not kept by us.

7. Data Deletion and User Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR) and Meta Platform Terms, you have full control over your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or permanent deletion of your data. Because we never store Platform Data, there is normally no data held about you, and we will confirm this on request.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. In-App: Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Meta Account and click Disconnect & Delete Stored Data.
2. Direct Contact: Send an email to contact@studiostimeless.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", specifying your Account ID. Requests are processed within 30 days.
3. Facebook Data Deletion Callback: If you remove our app via your Facebook Account Settings (Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites), our automated Data Deletion Callback receives the request, discards any active session and access token, and provides a tracking confirmation code.

8. Security Measures

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Platform Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include:

• Strict role-based access control (RBAC).
• Access tokens held only in memory and never written to disk.
• Regular monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and automated audit logging.
