Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Studio Timeless Ads Insights (the "App"), operated by TIMELESS TECH WEB DEVELOPMENT - FZCO ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is an internal tool for analyzing advertising performance and managing advertising campaigns for advertising accounts owned by, or managed on behalf of, TIMELESS TECH WEB DEVELOPMENT - FZCO. Features include performance reporting, automated dashboards and alerts, and creating, optimizing, or updating campaigns.

2. Eligibility and authorized use

• Access is limited to team members and others explicitly authorized by TIMELESS TECH WEB DEVELOPMENT - FZCO.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to access and manage the advertising accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Campaign changes

Changes you make through the App, such as creating campaigns or adjusting budgets, are applied to the connected advertising account. You are responsible for reviewing these changes and for ensuring that all ads comply with applicable laws and Meta's advertising policies.

4. Third-party platforms

The App connects to Meta technologies using Facebook Login and the Meta Marketing API. Your use of those services is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies, including the Meta Terms of Service and Advertising Standards. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access or manage accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• Attempt to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the App;
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its underlying services;
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or the Meta Platform Terms.

6. Data and privacy

We never store data received through the App. How data is accessed and processed is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Revoking access

You may disconnect the App at any time from within the App, through your Facebook account settings, or through Business Settings. We may suspend or end access to the App at any time, for example if these Terms are breached.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Reports reflect data provided by third-party services and may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to change. Analysis is for informational purposes and does not guarantee any advertising outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIMELESS TECH WEB DEVELOPMENT - FZCO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, advertising spend, or data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
